Lead Captain — Bombardier Global 8000

What you'll do Serve as Pilot in Command on Global 8000 operations, delivering uncompromising safety, judgment, and professionalism. Lead, mentor, and model strong CRM, SOP adherence, and standardization for the flight crew. Plan and execute ultra-long-range international flights, including performance, fuel, routing, weather, and risk assessments. Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and stakeholders to ensure precise, on-time mission execution. Maintain regulatory and company compliance, records, and currency for domestic and international operations. What you bring Five years of aviation experience. Ability to work a variable schedule and operate worldwide without travel restrictions. High school diploma. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills in high-tempo environments.
