Computer Systems Analyst

Location: Xoriant Corporation, Suite #720, 343 Thornall Street, Edison, NJ 08837 Job Duties Work with the Business Service Owners and Process Owners to build the roadmap with the crawl, walk, run and fly phases for rolling out the ITSM and ITOM platforms. Conduct the workshops with business owners and technology owners to gather the business, technical requirements. Showcase the capability of the tools for POC and suggest the process improvement based on the industry best practices and ITIL framework. Document the business requirements, workflows, automation & integration procedures in a solution design by converting the Business requirements to functional, non-functional and technical requirements and build an architecture (high-level and low-level) document. Define, Design and implement the process and automation for various streamlines like Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Release, Service Request, Knowledge, Asset Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping/Business Services, Event Management, Cloud Management and Orchestration using the client-side /server-side scripts, business rules, actions, workflows, runbook automation for both on-premises and cloud-based solutions. Design and implement the service mapping patterns for discovering standard software and custom-built software along with the usage analysis and health dashboards. Design the architecture and implement the Integrations between the tools based on the integration method supported by the service management tools common data models. Optimize the system performance through workflow and enhancements by reducing the network hops for the CI and application services discovery. Create the Stories and work on the development activities based on the defined sprint release and the points required for the effort estimated based on the Agile methodology. Demonstrate the functionality developed/enhanced for service mapping, workflows, processes by end of every sprint to the business, technology and process owners. Perform the smoke testing, work with the stakeholders on the User Acceptance Testing (UAT), capture the defects, fix them and migrate the configurations to the production environment. Job Requirements Require Bachelor's Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field. Require five years of experience in job offered, Software Architect, Lead Architect, Software Consultant or related, using BigFix, ICD, TAMIT, REST APIs, Python, JSON.
