Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including JCAHO accreditation standards, through rigorous policy implementation and staff training. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement clinical programs that enhance patient outcomes. Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations for clinical staff to cultivate a motivated and competent team. Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize service delivery. Maintain effective communication with executive leadership regarding clinical initiatives, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Requirements Proven experience in healthcare management or medical management within a clinical setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and foster a positive work environment. Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, including JCAHO standards and accreditation processes. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to develop policies, procedures, and protocols that align with industry best practices. Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Certification in management or healthcare management is highly desirable.
