Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role located in Garner, NC for an HR & Administration Specialist. XAERO USA is actively seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Specialist to lead all on-site administration operations for our North Carolina warehouse , with a secondary focus on HR support for our US team and remote assistance to the China-based HR & Administration Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the smooth daily operation of our US office, warehouse management, procurement, and cross-functional coordination, while providing reliable HR administrative support to both local and global teams.
