Must have a valid driver’s license. 2. Must possess current licensure as required by state board where services will be provided:**WV**: HVAC Technician License**OH**: HVAC Technician License3. EPA Section 608 Technician Certification**EXPERIENCE:**1. Five (5) years’ experience with refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling controls, and air quality standard/regulations**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS****:****EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:**1. High School education or equivalent**CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** The statements described here are intended to describe the general nature of work being performed by people assigned to this position. Ability to be scheduled for work based on operational HVAC needs of the department and facility. 2. Responsible for environmental conditions of the air quality, temperatures affects the health and wellbeing of patients, visitors, and employees. 3. May supervise tasks of other facility workers by allocation and coordinating workflow, training, and advising in more complex phases of assignments. 4. Provides preventive maintenance and repair work throughout the hospital on HVAC systems. 5. Has access to, and is responsible for, performing assigned duties in locked medication rooms. This position is aware that they are not responsible for medications, and they should report any unsecured medications to a licensed professional.**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. 3.
