SSM Health is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our established pediatric primary care team serving families across the Metro East region. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM; 34 patient-facing hours Setting: 100% outpatient pediatrics across Granite City and Maryville Call: No nights, weekends, major holidays, or call rotation Visit Types: 30-minute new visits; 15-minute follow-ups Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Illinois PNP-Primary Care certification preferred Benefits: SSM Health provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy benefits plans tailored to meet the healthcare needs of you and your family.
