Acquisition Analyst

Our client, a growing commercial real estate firm, is seeking an Underwriting & Due Diligence Analyst to support acquisitions, financial analysis, and property evaluation efforts across a commercial portfolio.
This role will assist with underwriting, market research, financial modeling, due diligence coordination, and investment analysis for new and existing opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in commercial real estate investments and asset performance.
Responsibilities
- Support underwriting and financial analysis for commercial real estate opportunities
- Assist with due diligence, market research, and property evaluations
- Review leases, financial statements, and operating reports
- Prepare investment summaries and reporting materials
- Partner with acquisitions, asset management, and leadership teams
Qualifications
- Background in commercial real estate, finance, underwriting, or investment analysis
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
