What You'll Do
As an Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues using electrical and diagnostic tools
• Diagnose heating, cooling, and refrigeration system issues
• Educate customers on system operation, repair options, and recommendations
• Complete work orders, invoices, and documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle
• Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and leadership
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit

HVAC Technician Qualifications

• Residential HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong understanding of residential heating and cooling systems
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical HVAC components
• EPA certification preferred
• Valid driver's license

Requirements

• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Must reside in Tennessee at the time of hire and maintain Tennessee residency throughout employment
