Communicate customer feedback to management for improvement. Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth daily operations. Follow company policies, service standards, and safety guidelines. Qualifications 1+ year of customer service or retail experience required. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Friendly, patient, and professional attitude. Basic computer and POS operation skills. Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Multilingual ability is a plus, but not required.
