Calm Water and Bath is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as full-time Door-to-Door Sales Representatives in South Jersey.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will canvass assigned neighborhoods, introducing Calm Water & Bath to homeowners in a clear and confident manner. You will engage in respectful conversations, share educational information about our bath remodeling solutions, and identify interested individuals. Your responsibilities will include capturing lead information, setting qualified appointments, and accurately tracking your daily activities and results. Throughout your work, you will develop essential skills such as communication, confidence, emotional discipline, and resilience. With the support of our training, scripts, and leadership, you will have the structure necessary to build both your career and character.

WHAT WE'RE OFFERING:

This full-time, onsite position offers competitive hourly pay , a base plus performance-based pay, and opportunities for substantial spiffs and contests.

The Door-to-Door Sales Representative role is a full-time position with evening and night shifts, typically from 3 pm to 8 pm, depending on the season, including weekends. Work is conducted onsite and in the field throughout South Jersey.
