Looking for a receptionist opportunity where your customer service skills can shine? CornerStone Staffing is seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Receptionist to support a busy office in the Fort Worth area. This temporary assignment is ideal for someone with strong inbound phone experience who enjoys helping customers and providing exceptional service. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly encouraged to apply!

Pay: $15–$20/hr (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM (One-hour lunch, 11:00 AM–12:00 PM)
Location: Fort Worth, TX | Onsite
Employment Type: Temporary / Project-Based
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Duration: October through the end of December 2026

Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Receptionist to manage a high volume of incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional phone presence, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a friendly and welcoming attitude. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct a high volume of incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

• Provide excellent customer service while assisting callers with questions and requests.

• Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers, when applicable.

• Direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or team members.

• Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming front office environment.

• Handle multiple phone lines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

• Assist with general receptionist and administrative support duties.

• Maintain an organized and professional reception area.

• Support daily office operations and assist with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.

• Previous receptionist, front desk, retail, or customer service experience preferred.

• Experience handling a high volume of inbound calls strongly preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn office systems quickly.

• Dependable attendance and ability to commit to the full temporary assignment.

Dress Code

• Monday–Thursday: Business casual

• Friday: Jeans and T-shirt permitted
