The Clinical Research Associate will play a vital role in supporting and monitoring Phase II and Phase III clinical trials within a small research team. This position ensures strict adherence to protocols, regulatory compliance, and high standards of data quality while prioritizing patient safety. The role involves collaborating closely with site staff to manage trial progress and documentation, helping drive successful clinical outcomes with minimal travel requirements.

 

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements
• Collect, review, and manage clinical data with attention to accuracy and completeness
• Ensure patient safety is maintained throughout the study duration
• Maintain detailed and organized documentation and reporting of trial activities
• Coordinate and collaborate with the small clinical research team on study objectives
• Conduct site management and quality assurance visits to verify compliance and data integrity
• Support regulatory submissions and adherence to FDA and ICH guidelines

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in clinical research and clinical trial monitoring
• Familiarity with regulatory knowledge including FDA and ICH standards
• Experience in data management using mixed data systems
• Skills in patient recruitment and report writing
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving abilities
