Job Description

CNC Setup Machinist
Full-Time | 5+ Years Experience Required

Join Team 360 Staffing! We are hiring an experienced CNC Setup Machinist to set up CNC machines, prove out programs, troubleshoot machining issues, and ensure quality production from first piece to final run.

What You'll Do:

Set up CNC machines, tooling, fixtures, and offsets
Verify and prove out CNC programs
Inspect first-piece parts and make adjustments
Support production machinists and troubleshoot issues
Read blueprints, GD&T, and use precision measuring tools

What You Bring:

5+ years of CNC setup experience
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
Experience with CNC controls, tooling, and precision inspection
AS9100 experience is a plus

Requirements:

Lift up to 50 lbs.
Stand for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent
