IT Help Desk Technician IEssential job responsibilities include but are not limited to:Supports and demonstrates IMA's core valuesValues and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associatesTests, diagnoses, and resolves end user desktop/hardware, operating system, and application problems, to include identifying and resolving desktop application interdependencies and/or conflictsSets-up and maintains user accounts, maintains computer and hardware inventory, and provides meeting room A/V supportActs as the single point of contact for end customer issue resolution throughout the lifecycle of an incident. Escalates an incident to IT subject matter experts and tracks resolution to required service levelConfigures and deploys end user hardware, including laptops, desktops, telephones, and mobile devicesSupports the use and functionality of Microsoft Office 365 applicationsManages end user support requests in the Help Desk ticketing systemRequired experience and skills include but are not limited to:Preferred: Associate degreeRequired: 2-3 years' equivalent work experience in computer technology-related fieldsPreferred: CompTIA A+ Certification or demonstrated equivalent work experience or certificationPreferred: 2-3 years' current Microsoft desktop operating system, mail client and applications experienceRequired: 1-2 years' experience working in service desk rolesRequired: 1-2 years user account creation and administration experienceRequired: excellent oral, presentation, analytical and written communication skillsRequired: exceptional focus on customer serviceSome travel requiredCompetencies & traits:ProfessionalismInterpersonal skillsProblem solvingCommunicatingTechnologyCompensation & benefitsBeing a part of IMA has its benefits.
