Administrative Assistant Location: La Mesa (on-site) Duration: Temp to hire Schedule: Mon-Friday 8am-5pm Pay $19-$21/hr About the company: We provide Professional Medical billing services and institutional/facility billing services for cardiovascular and orthopedic billing. Responsibilities:- Manage incoming calls and emails to the office
- Customer service
- Data entry
- Manage/assist with deposits
- Organize mail and files
- Additional duties as signed
- 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience,
- Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls and provide exceptional customer service
- 10 key experience
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs
