Sr. Manager, Corporate Academic Accounts

Sr. Manager, Corporate Academic Accounts Position Overview Responsible for driving brand preference, innovation adoption, and strategic partnerships across the Company’s top 15–20 academic and strategic neurovascular accounts in the United States. Serve as a national thought partner to leading academic institutions, physicians, and healthcare systems, with a primary focus on market development, clinical education, new product adoption, and long‑term strategic growth of the Company’s neurovascular portfolio. Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, PACE, Marketing, R&D, and Sales Operations to influence strategy, accelerate adoption, and strengthen the Company’s leadership position in the neurovascular space. Responsibilities Drive innovation within the top 15–20 targeted strategic academic accounts across the country. Establish strong national relationships with Academic Chairs at targeted accounts and other key physicians and administrative and lab personnel where procedures are performed or influenced. Work with Sales and Marketing Executives to develop plans and strategies for business growth to help achieve the Company’s sales objectives. Serve as a customer‑facing product expert primarily responsible for educating fellows and early‑career physicians on the clinical advantages of the Company’s neurovascular portfolio. Focus on expanding the utilization of neurovascular products through market development and sales‑oriented activities. Provide solution‑oriented strategies to facilitate product adoption and accelerate sales growth within the agreed upon sales targets that have been established. Develop strategies to successfully aid in the launch of new devices developed or acquired by the organization across the nation. Liaise between PACE and Upstream and Downstream Marketing working on customer development. Support Marketing EDGE programs and meeting symposium. New product roadshow: Engage with the Director of Strategic Accounts, R&D, and Upstream Marketing on product development through customer engagement. Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization. Perform additional duties as assigned.
