This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative team that is dedicated to providing top-notch legal services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of probate and estate cases, providing expert advice on wills, trusts, and deeds. This role requires a high level of professional judgment and the ability to work independently while maintaining a strong commitment to the team. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of probate and estate administration including drafting and executing wills, trusts, and deeds. Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients on complex probate and estate matters. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective legal strategies. Liaise with clients and other legal professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient probate process. Stay updated with the latest changes in probate and estate law and adapt strategies accordingly. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics. Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's probate and estate practice. Qualifications: A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Must possess a valid license to practice law in Texas. A minimum of 1 year experience in probate and estate law, with a proven track record of handling wills, trusts, and deeds. Exceptional knowledge of probate and estate law, court procedures, and related legal protocols. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. A high level of professionalism and a strong commitment to client service.
