Payroll Assistant: Detail-Driven, Multi-State with Benefits

Avista Senior Living is seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Assistant to support accurate, timely payroll operations across our communities. You will process employee status changes, maintain payroll records, respond to payroll questions, and serve as backup payroll processor. This role requires 1–2 years of payroll/HR experience, familiarity with Paycom or similar HRIS, and strong Excel skills.
