Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, creating personalized treatment plans that foster individual growth.

• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, adapted to each client's unique circumstances.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions, focusing on improving communication and resolving relational conflicts.

• Track and document client progress collaboratively, adjusting therapeutic goals as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services to clients who may have barriers to in-person appointments, ensuring consistent support and engagement.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuous learning through group supervision meetings, team collaborations, and peer feedback sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will have the opportunity to engage with various client demographics, addressing mental health issues related to family dynamics, individual trauma, relationship conflicts, and more. Qualifications\n

• Current full licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a Master’s degree preferred.

• Proven experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct both individual and couples therapy with a focus on tailored therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 101,000 annually, plus a bonus structure based on productivity. We also provide a sign-on bonus as part of our commitment to attracting exceptional talent.
