Project Coordinator is involved with inner-departmental communication and functionality.
Role and Responsibilities
- Receive, Input and Budget Approve incoming Jobs provided by Sales. Including, but not limited to, obtaining executed Contract, inputting Commission Terms, requesting Certificate of Insurance, securing Sales markups and Customer AutoCAD files.
- Collect Supporting Documentation for Jobs; Prevailing Wage Rates, OCIP Enrollment, Equipment Discounts
- Maintain Good Relationship and Communication with Customers
- Arrange and Manage Travel including expenses
- Maintain Project Manager List, Dept. Financial Reports and Procedure Documentation
