Well-respected and established Neonatology practice is recruiting for a Neonatologist who is interested in an evolving QI team-based management opportunity. This is a full-time BC/BE Neonatologist position available in a practice of eight physicians. The role includes a combination of 8 and 24-hour shifts on a 7-week rotating schedule. The practice includes a Level-III, 60-bed NICU. There are approximately 6,000 deliveries each year. The intensive and special care units average around 1,000 admissions annually, with an average daily census of 54. Neonatologists provide in-house call and backup call from home. The practice is supported by residents and nurse practitioners. Extensive QI and research opportunities are available through affiliations with a medical school. New fellow graduate candidates who are Board Certified in Pediatrics are encouraged to apply. The practice is open to J1 and H1B visa candidates.
