• End Date/Duration: Permanent position
• Shift: Combination of 8 and 24-hour shifts on a 7-week rotating schedule
• Hours/week: Approximately 170 hours/month
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Licensure/Certifications: BC/BE in Neonatology or Pediatrics (new fellows considered)
• Experience: Prior Neonatology experience preferred; open to new fellowship graduates
• Unit: Level-III, 60-bed NICU
• Patient Volume: 6,000 deliveries/year; ~1,000 admissions annually, mean census of 54

What You’ll Do

• Provide expert clinical care for neonates in a Level-III NICU
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including residents and nurse practitioners
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research activities
• Support neonatal stabilization and management protocols
• Cover in-house calls and backup call from home
• Contribute to patient safety and outcomes through continuous quality efforts

What You Need

• Medical license and board certification/eligibility in Neonatology or Pediatrics
• At least 0 years of clinical Neonatology experience (new fellowship graduates welcome)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
