What You’ll Do

• Provide in-house Neonatology coverage at a Level III NICU with approximately 6,000 deliveries annually
• Offer primary Neonatology care for preterm and full-term infants
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including residents and nurse practitioners
• Participate in quality improvement projects and research initiatives
• Support family-centered care and educate staff on neonatal best practices
• Cover shifts as scheduled, with backup call from home and in-house call responsibilities
• Contribute to a team focused on advancing neonatal care standards

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Kansas or eligible for licensure
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatology
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
