Operations Manager

In deze sleutelpositie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van de productieprocessen en het aansturen van verbetertrajecten. Jouw taken: Operationeel management : Je houdt toezicht op de efficiëntie van de productieprocessen en fungeert als escalatiepunt voor afdelingshoofden. Strategische ontwikkeling : Je ontwikkelt langetermijnstrategieën die naadloos aansluiten op de bedrijfsvisie en richt je op capaciteitsuitbreiding en kostenoptimalisatie. Procesverbetering : Je identificeert knelpunten en stuurt verbeteringsprojecten aan, waaronder Management of Change (MOC)-initiatieven. Prestatiemonitoring en budgetbeheer : Je definieert KPI’s, volgt deze op en stuurt bij waar nodig. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt beheren van het budget. Veiligheid en teamontwikkeling : Je zorgt voor naleving van veiligheids- en milieuwetgeving en stimuleert een cultuur van samenwerking, coaching en continue ontwikkeling. Je bent een sterke leider met analytisch inzicht en een proactieve mindset. Daarnaast beschik je over: Een masterdiploma in een technische richting (werktuigbouwkunde, industriële techniek) of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Minimaal 7 tot 10 jaar werkervaring in een productieomgeving, waarvan 3 tot 5 jaar in een leidinggevende rol. Ervaring met strategische planning en implementatie. Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en het vermogen om teams te motiveren en te inspireren . Een focus op continue verbetering (Lean-denken) en een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen .
