Engineers replacing lamps in common areas and tenant spaces, common corridors, stairwells, restrooms, and janitorial, mechanical, and electrical rooms.Touch up painting as needed in all common areas.Replace damaged or broken ceiling tiles as needed.Assist the bldg. Engineer with inspecting, maintaining, and repairing as needed all access doors into the buildings, ensuring proper use and function.Perform inspections on vacant spaces for cleanliness and ensure they are “Market Ready.”.Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of assigned maintenance work orders.Ability to exercise good judgment.Team player attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr Ccs-Facility-Services-8
