Part-Time Insurance Customer Service Role Join Hunter Roach State Farm!
Are you passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer service? Hunter Roach State Farm is looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our team part-time and create outstanding client experiences that support the growth of our agency.
As an integral part of our team, you'll provide friendly, accurate assistance to customers by answering inquiries, coordinating with agency members, and anticipating the needs of our community. Your attention to detail and empathetic approach will help build trust and strengthen client relationships.
Establish and nurture customer relationships with timely follow-up
Provide prompt, knowledgeable answers to questions about insurance coverage, policy changes, claims, billing, and more
Use a customer-focused approach to educate clients on their insurance options
Communicate effectively to meet customer needs while supporting agency growth
Strong dedication to customer service and client satisfaction
Ability to relate to customers, anticipate their needs, and provide clear answers
Excellent communication skills for working with customers and team members
Proactive problem solver who takes initiative

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Littleton.
Our office is open 9:00 am -5:30 pm.
