Night Auditor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to serve as the first point of contact for guests and ensure a seamless overnight guest experience. This role involves multitasking across various aspects of a guest’s stay, from check-ins and reservations to balancing financial reports, while upholding our property’s vision, mission, and core values. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working overnight and thrive in a guest-focused environment. Responsibilities: • Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments. • Welcome guests warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide room keys. • Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks when needed to maintain guest comfort. • Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports, ensuring accurate accounting records. • Assist with reservations via phone, email, or in person, including group bookings. Qualifications: • Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach. • Hospitality experience preferred but not required—applicants at all experience levels are welcome. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality Compensation: $16+ hourly depending on experience
