22722 Harley Knox Blvd Perris, CA 92571-9557 Position Summary Implement the business plan for the assigned area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling. Assign duties, coordinate workloads, and distribute and maintain procedures and supporting documentation. Responsibilities Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others to determine corrective actions. Monitor and manage the productivity of the assigned area by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards, ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies and standards. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and identifying training needs. Manage the maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of systems, hardware, and software, including overseeing repairs and tracking inventory. Demonstrate expertise and expertise to support the development, execution, and improvement of action plans. Provide business solutions by building relationships with stakeholders, identifying business needs, and monitoring progress. Model compliance with company policies and demonstrate ethical behavior in all business processes.
