As an AM Line Cook, you’ll prepare fresh, high‑quality breakfasts and lunches that fuel our guests for unforgettable adventures. Whether you’re plating made‑to‑order dishes or keeping our buffet looking exceptional, your attention to detail and pride in your craft help create memorable dining experiences every morning. What You’ll Do Prepare breakfast and lunch menu items with consistency, quality, and attention to presentation. Set up, maintain, and replenish breakfast and lunch buffets throughout service. Complete daily prep work and maintain organized, well‑stocked workstations. Monitor food quality, freshness, temperatures, and presentation. Prepare meals that accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen. Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning kitchen stations and equipment. Work closely with the culinary and front‑of‑house teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Contribute to a positive, professional, and team‑oriented kitchen culture. What You’ll Bring Previous line cook experience in a restaurant, resort, lodge, or hospitality setting. Food Handler Certification or the ability to obtain it upon hire. Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Experience with breakfast, lunch, or buffet service. Strong knife skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
