\nSalary: $78,000–$80,000
\nWorking Pattern: Hybrid
\nHours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
\n \nThe Role
\n \nWe are working with a leading IT services provider supporting an established organisation in Northampton, MA. They're looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across a Microsoft-focused environment.
\n \nYou'll work directly with users onsite, resolving hardware, software and connectivity issues while supporting a wider US, Canada and Mexico user base.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Provide 2nd line and deskside support \n
- Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware and peripherals \n
- Diagnose and resolve break/fix issues \n
- Support basic networking and switches \n
- Install, configure and replace IT equipment \n
- Provide excellent face-to-face user support \n
- Follow technical procedures and troubleshooting processes \n
About You
\n- \n
- 2+ years' hands-on IT support experience \n
- Strong Microsoft / Windows knowledge \n
- Good hardware and troubleshooting experience \n
- Basic networking / switch knowledge \n
- Comfortable providing onsite deskside support \n
- Strong communication and customer service skills \n
- Proactive and keen to develop \n
No specific certifications are required.
