Entry Level Assistant Financial Analyst
Salary: $48,000- $52,000
Location: Crystal Lake, IL

What You’ll Do
- Analyze manufacturing and warehouse expenses to identify cost trends and savings opportunities
- Prepare financial reports summarizing production and distribution performance
- Monitor inventory valuation and verify accuracy of stock-related financial data
- Assist with budget planning and financial forecasting for operational departments
- Reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and warehouse financial records
- Generate KPI reports tracking efficiency, productivity, and inventory turnover
- Collaborate with operations teams to improve financial reporting and workflow processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or business-related field
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
