The Manager, Facilities Construction, is responsible for development, management, coordination, oversight and inspection of assigned construction projects for Lutheran SeniorLife. This includes capital, start up and renovations ensuing that all goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frames and funding parameters. Qualifications Facilities Construction Manager qualifications include: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Architecture or engineering management is preferred. Five or more years’ experience in construction project management/superintendent on projects with multiple trades/subcontractors. Must be able to serve as on-site construction project coordinator.
