Marketing Coordinator

ENGenuity balances planning principles with technical engineering expertise to achieve the goals of our clients. We are seeking a full-time or part-time Marketing Coordinator in our Red Bank office. We are seeking an individual with an interest in engineering services and a basic understanding of, or experience with, proposal writing within the field. This individual shall be responsible for proposal writing and marketing support, project coordination, coordination of meetings and conferences, updating social media, insurance and certification coordination and working on special projects. The candidate’s duties will also include answering non-routine correspondence and assembling highly confidential and sensitive information. The candidate will report to the Office Manager and assist with some financial job duties. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload. Job Duties Include: Preparation, organization, and review of proposals and RFQs, and applications for additional business certifications and pre-qualifications. Maintaining compliance with critical policies and certifications, such as our Professional & General Liability Insurance, and SBE/DBE/WBE/WOSB/DPMC, Port Authority NY/NJ, NYOGS certifications. Editing and review of contracts with clients, sub-contractors, and others as required. Scheduling and organizing meetings, conferences, and office activities. General document preparation for routine and non-routine correspondence, including the creation, editing, layout, and review of documents, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc. Project coordination, including the compilation of required documents and contracts, social media management, and other functions as required. Updates to website and YEXT. Supporting functions, including Excel Spreadsheets. Education Required: High school diploma required. Bachelors degree is preferred Experience/Skills Required: Minimum 1-3 years of related work experience preferred. NJ Notary Public preferred. Strong professional writing skills. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills. Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills. Candidates must be adept at working collaboratively while building strong working relationships in a team environment. Superb time management skills, with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities effectively. Highly proficient Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word), Adobe Acrobat Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Full-time position for 40 hours per week and part-time candidates will also be considered. Standard hours of business operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00pm. In office position is preferred. Compensation and Benefit Information: ENGenuity offers competitive salaries commensurate with experience, with benefits available to eligible employees. This role is based in our offices in Red Bank, NJ. ENGenuity Infrastructure is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices in compliance with applicable laws, including the New Jersey Equal Pay Act. ENGenuity estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $60,000 to $75,000, or an hourly rate of $28.85/hr -$36.06/hr. The actual salary offered may fall within this range, depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, educational qualifications, specific skills and knowledge, as well as internal pay equity.
