Job Overview:

Work Schedule:

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Account Specialist:

• Coordinate with cross functional partners to address customer needs, resolve issues, and support business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills for the Customer Account Specialist:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior experience in customer success, account management, business development, sales, or another client focused business environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities, manage deadlines, and respond with urgency when needed.
• Comfortable working independently, making informed decisions, and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
