Manufacturing Engineer Location: Pawtucket, RI | Salary: $78,000 - $96,650 (1 week ago) Responsibilities Develop deep knowledge of products, quality systems, and manufacturing workflows Contribute to new product launches, tooling design, and process validation Implement Lean/Six Sigma practices, reduce re‑work, and enhance efficiency across shifts Manage wire drawing, knitting, and respooling while ensuring safety, quality, and throughput Develop multi‑shift teams, foster accountability, and partner cross‑functionally to deliver improvements Qualifications A Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering degree At least 3 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing position.
