Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembler workers for a manufacturing company in Brainerd, MN. In this role, you'll help build quality products by performing repetitive electrical, mechanical, and wiring assembly tasks while following established work instructions and quality standards. Assemble simple electrical, mechanical, and wiring components and subassemblies

Follow written work instructions, quality plans, and production procedures

Review bills of materials to determine required assemblies and components

Use hand tools, assembly jigs, fixtures, and basic production equipment

Complete accurate production records, check sheets, and process documentation

Report material discrepancies, quality concerns, and production issues to leadership

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while wearing required PPE

Ability to read, write, and understand English

Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety rules, and procedure manuals

Basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers and decimals

Ability to read blueprints

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to stand, sit, walk, use manual dexterity, and lift as required by the workstation

Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Excellent attendance and reliability

Safety-focused mindset and ability to follow all workplace safety procedures
