Drafting Manager Details:

• Direct hire position
• $ 50,000.00 / annually
• First shift

• Lead and support a small drafting office team
• Coordinate with internal departments to maintain project schedules
• Organize department priorities, workflow, and timelines
• Help ensure drafting work is accurate, timely, and aligned with project needs
• Support structural steel construction projects from the office

Drafting Manager Qualifications:

• Construction-office experience Strong organization, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to lead and manage a small team
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SDS2, and/or Tekla preferred
