Drafting Manager Details:
- Direct hire position
- $ 50,000.00 / annually
- First shift
- Lead and support a small drafting office team
- Coordinate with internal departments to maintain project schedules
- Organize department priorities, workflow, and timelines
- Help ensure drafting work is accurate, timely, and aligned with project needs
- Support structural steel construction projects from the office
Drafting Manager Qualifications:
- Construction-office experience Strong organization, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to lead and manage a small team
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SDS2, and/or Tekla preferred
