Compensation: $150,000 – $175,000+ per year (commission-based) Experience: Required About the Role As an In-Home Sales Representative , you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering innovative bath remodeling solutions that match their vision. This outside sales role allows you to use advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath systems directly in the customer’s home. Your Responsibilities Conduct professional in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system . Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continually sharpen your skills. Use our design software to create personalized bath remodeling solutions for homeowners. Provide pricing, present solutions clearly, and secure sales consistently . Deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing the Bath Planet of New Jersey brand. What We’re Looking For Excellent communication, strong people skills, and solid organizational abilities. Home improvement or in-home sales experience is required (bath or remodeling industry experience is a strong plus). Reliable transportation and residency within the local service area. Confidence speaking with homeowners and delivering professional presentations. Ambition, self-motivation, and disciplined work habits. A self-driven, goal-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment . Outgoing, articulate personality that performs well in social and client-facing settings.
