At Adapt Chiropractic in Papillion, NE, we're hiring a full-time Patient Account Coordinator Chiropractic Assistant for our front desk out-take/check-out team. This is not your typical front desk job. This is a precision role, mission-driven and impact-focused, where you'll help people heal when traditional healthcare has failed them.

Experience expectations:

This is not an entry-level position! You'll need:

• 3+ years' experience in administrative, billing, account-based, or financial roles
• Medical or chiropractic office experience (strongly preferred)
• Strong professionalism and communication skills

Your schedule:

You'll work Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:40 AM 11:15 AM or 12:15 PM (depending on the doctor's schedule), then again from 2:00 PM 6:30 PM or 7:30 PM after a mid-day break. On Tuesdays, your shift is 11:45 AM 6:30 PM. Fridays through Sundays are typically off, except for occasional community events, where you'll work two required 4-hour shifts per month.

What can you expect as our Patient Account Coordinator Chiropractic Assistant?

Your day will begin by leading the daily team huddle and ensuring the office starts strong and organized. You will welcome patients with energy and professionalism, manage check-ins, keep schedules running smoothly, and track patient compliance. Throughout the day, you'll handle financial conversations, process payments, provide billing support and insurance verification, and meticulously manage high-volume data entry. You'll support patients with handouts and confirmations, monitor weekly statistics, and represent Adapt Chiropractic at community events.
