Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Pediatrics to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to pediatric patients, adhering to prescribed protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly to healthcare team.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to assess patient needs.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health maintenance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal standards.

Qualifications

• California RN license required at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a pediatric setting preferred.
• Must provide two references from previous supervisors or healthcare leaders.
• Ability to live and work at least 100 miles away from Madera, CA facility.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
• COVID-19 vaccination not required, Flu vaccination status unknown.
