Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform both scrub and circulating duties during surgical procedures.
• Ensure surgical instruments and equipment are sterile and available for use.
• Maintain a sterile and safe environment for both patients and staff.
• Assist the surgical team by passing instruments and supplies during procedures.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to intraoperative changes.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient operating room operations.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the state of California.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Operating Room RN.
• Ability to scrub and circulate is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
• Two professional references from recent supervisors or managers required.
