Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Pediatrics to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care on a pediatric post-surgical acute care floor.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document patient progress.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Implement patient care plans and adjust as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care and recovery expectations.

Qualifications

• Valid CA RN license required at time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar pediatric role.
• Demonstrated experience in a post-surgical or acute care setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and adapt to changing environments.
• Two references required from authority figures, such as managers or directors.
