Job OpportunityWe are seeking a dedicated and physically capable individual to join our team. This role involves the manual handling and processing of storage materials, requiring physical strength and stamina. The position is based in Burnsville, MN, a vibrant location offering a blend of cultural and recreational activities.ResponsibilitiesKneel, squat, reach, and bend frequently throughout shifts.Move, arrange, lift, and load storage boxes, bins, and totes weighing from 24 lbs to over 100 lbs.Process orders and handle boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials.Load and operate hand trucks and pallet jacks on uneven and concrete surfaces.Read and write English to process incoming and outgoing orders using a proprietary computer system.Operate handheld scanners and manage order tracking.Climb and balance on ladders safely.Load and shrink-wrap pallets at ground level or on carts.QualificationsAbility to walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods.Capability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 lbs without assistance.Proficient in operating hand carts, pallet jacks, and other material handling aids.Experience in loading boxes onto pallets and trucks manually and with material handling aids.Benefits PEAK's benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Savings Account (DCA), and 401K plan.
