Business AnalystLocation: Los Angeles, CA (90017 - Hybrid)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMCompensation: $85,000–$95,000 annually, DOEPosition SummaryOur client is seeking a Business Analyst to support strategic finance and operational initiatives. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, project coordination, and acquisition-related projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in finance and business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activitiesAssist with business analysis and project coordination initiativesHelp develop and track acquisition target pipelinesSupport due diligence and deal structure activities for potential acquisitionsAnalyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projectsPrepare reports, presentations, and analytical summaries for leadershipMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Statistics, Organizational Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field requiredStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications1–3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or process improvementExperience designing or improving end-to-end business processes in an outpatient healthcare setting and/or enterprise support departmentUnderstanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or TQMProject management experience or exposure preferredInterest in finance, FP&A, business operations, and mergers & acquisitionsWork EnvironmentHybrid schedule with a minimum of 12 in-office days per month (approximately 3 days onsite, 2 days remote per week)Flexibility available based on business needsThis is a great opportunity for a motivated professional seeking exposure to finance, strategic planning, and growth initiatives while working closely with executive leadership.INDMED #J-18808-Ljbffr North American Staffing Group
