Program Manager

Job Summary Join a privately owned chemistry manufacturing company that has been in business for over 40 years as a Program Manager. This role will be responsible for ensuring that complex program meets requirements and timelines. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of similar experience in a complex manufacturing environment. Location & Compensation Location: Moses Lake, Washington Job type: Permanent Salary: $100,000 - 125,000 per year Work hours: 8am to 4pm Education: Bachelors Responsibilities Direct complex projects from initial planning through final delivery, managing schedules, budgets, and project scope Develop high‑level status materials and dashboards to clearly summarize project progress and milestones Provide rigorous project readiness assessments at each phase of lifecycle OPM guidelines Act as primary bridge between project members, cross‑functional teams, and external vendors Manage the complete project procurement lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from technical specifications through final asset delivery Qualifications 4+ years of leading complex projects within a manufacturing environment Experience level: Experienced Minimum 4 years of experience Education: Bachelors Ability to travel Benefits Medical, dental, 401K, Bonus eligible Equal Opportunity Employer We welcome people of all abilities and are committed to ensuring fair hiring.
