Team members join a culture that values creativity, relationships, and a premium client experience. Role Description The Showroom Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Charlotte, NC. The Showroom Manager oversees the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a welcoming, visually compelling environment and a high-quality client experience. Responsibilities include leading and coaching showroom staff, managing schedules, and monitoring performance to meet sales and service goals. The role involves engaging with clients and design professionals, guiding them through product selections, providing design-focused consultation, and supporting them from initial visit through final order. The Showroom Manager also manages inventory presentation, coordinates merchandising and displays, partners with sales leadership on local marketing initiatives, and ensures that showroom processes, documentation, and communications are accurate and timely. Qualifications Client-facing skills in Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build lasting relationships. Sales and showroom-focused skills in Sales and Showrooms, including experience driving revenue and managing a premium retail or design studio environment. Previous leadership experience managing teams in retail, design, or luxury home products, with strong coaching and performance management capabilities. Strong visual merchandising sense and interest in interior design, architecture, or luxury finishes; ability to maintain an inspiring showroom presentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in basic office and point-of-sale software. Organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple client projects, orders, and deadlines. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, design, or a related field is beneficial.
