Scheduler II

Managing scheduling functions for multiple sites and modalities, the full-time Scheduler II will handle a high volume of incoming calls, facilitate patient interactions, and coordinate complex imaging procedures while working remotely from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Key responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing daily phone call influx and ensuring timely resolution of inquiries Schedule routine and complex imaging procedures, providing patients with necessary pre-procedure instructions and directions Collaborate with medical staff and departments to optimize scheduling efficiency and maintain accurate patient information Required qualifications Minimum high school diploma required Preferred 1-2 years of related medical office experience with knowledge of computer scheduling Ability to handle difficult patient satisfaction issues and provide service recovery Experience in collecting and entering demographic, clinical, billing, and insurance information Strong customer service skills with effective communication abilities
