What You Bring

Most of our Senior and Manager candidates have:

• 3 to 8 or more years of public accounting audit experience
• Experience leading staff and owning sections of engagements
• Strong GAAP and GAAS knowledge
• CPA license or active progress toward it
• Confidence communicating with clients and internal teams

Industry specialization is a plus. Construction, real estate, manufacturing, nonprofit, and healthcare experience are all valued. Curiosity and adaptability often matter just as much.
