Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises overnight. Assist with any guest issues or concerns in a professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts. Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
