Job Title Social Worker - Clinical Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clinical assessments, treatment planning, and therapy to individuals dealing with mental health issues and emotional challenges. The Clinical Social Worker will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support to clients. Responsibilities and Duties Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs Develop individualized treatment plans that address clients' emotional and psychological issues Provide evidence-based therapy to clients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychotherapy Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for clients Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources within the community Document all client interactions and maintain accurate and confidential records Stay up-to-date on best practices and guidelines in clinical social work Qualifications and Skills Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of practice Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting Strong assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment Knowledge of mental health laws and regulations Cultural competency and sensitivity to diverse populations #J-18808-Ljbffr ANCESTOR HEALTH
