Responsibilities Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well. You implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You support patients by addressing the whole person and aiming to restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities and independence. You are adaptable to patient needs, collaborative with peers, and capable of making referrals to help patients thrive. You prioritize compassionate care for patients and their families. If you meet qualifications, a recruiter will call for a 10-minute conversation within 2–3 business days. You will be presented to the hiring manager. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards. Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
